Recruitment Consultant
ARC Group are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant. The role will be based out of our Ipswich office. A full drivers licence is a must.
This is a 360 degree Recruitment position, and will include sales, service and recruitment. You will be responsible for your own success, with the support of an excellent team within a growing company.
We are looking for motivated, driven and ambitious individuals who are looking to forge a career built on hard work and consistency.
Ideal candidates must have the following experience within any sector;
• Being consistent and professional in order to attain achievable KPI targets
• Be activity driven to recruit in their sector (inc. telephone work, social media, internet job boards)
• Sales & Service minded in order to maximise earning potential through market leading commission structure
• Have a full driving licence
• Have a proven sales track record within their industry
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
• Confident
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Adaptable to change, as no 2 days are the same
• A want for career progression
