Crynodeb
As Liaison nurse for leukaemia patients you will lead the planning of care and liaison with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless pathway of care for patients and families with a leukaemia diagnosis. You will be expected to work alongside the consultants in particular attending MDT meetings and coordinating the clinics for this specialty. The post holder will be required to collaborate with teams across the East Midlands to ensure patients receive a high quality of service. Most importantly you will be an advocate for the patient and their family.
