The Imaging Business Unit at UHDB has an exciting opportunity for progressive and organised team members to join our existing Imaging Compliance Team as an Information and Project Support Officer.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the Imaging Compliance Team, with a focus on patient information and non-medical referral as well as supporting Imaging compliance projects, the provision and collation of information relating to compliance with legislation, best practice guidance and the Quality Standard for Imaging.

The successful candidate will work at our Royal Derby Hospital and Queens Hospital Burton sites, but regular home working is a possibility and occasional working at community sites may be necessary. Previous experience with Imaging systems and workflows would be beneficial to this role.
• To provide administrative support in the co-ordination, scoping, and implementation of Imaging projects within Business Units and Trust-wide. There will be a particular focus on patient information and Non-medical referral.
• To manage project information systems, inputting and processing information and generating reports.
• Provision & collation of information relating to radiology compliance performance to support the radiology management and business structure.
• Provision & construction of compliance statistics to support Imaging, Trust and National requirements for validation of compliance.
• Under the guidance of the Clinical manager for Safety, Quality and Compliance and senior compliance team members, compile and maintain databases of compliance related information.
• Provision and collation of information relating to trends in compliance with requirements such as training, equipment management, document control, etc.
