Youth Outreach Coordinator (Job Ref 24-36)
Salary - £15,384 per annum (£28,462 per annum pro rata)
Part-time - 20 hours per week
Based in Plymouth
Fixed-Term Contract until 31/07/2025
Are you a dynamic leader with a background in creative youth work?
Are you passionate about actively engaging and building quality relationships?
This is a great chance to be part of a South West wide programme exploring community safety and anti-social behaviour with young people. You’ll be responsible for coordinating proactive, engaging and high-quality Outreach Youth Work across the Plymouth area, as well as directly delivering sessions with young people on the ground. You will get to know young people and inspire a team of staff to work with them to provide opportunities to explore risk taking, reduce potential for harm and experience safe relationships.
We are looking for someone who has experience of leading a team, partnership work as well as inspiring young people to explore their choices and thinking. You will also have knowledge of adolescence safeguarding and development.
Closing date for applications: 12 noon Monday 16th September 2024.
Interviews: Thursday 26th September 2024, Plymouth.
