Job title: Quality Control Inspector
Job type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Seascale, Cumbria
Hours of work: 38 hours Mon-Fri
Applicants must posses the following:
- Welding fabrication CSWIP 3.1 or PCN level 2 qualification
- Competent in quality assurance and control
- Inspection experience
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Role information:
- Develop a quality control strategy
- Act as first point of contact for inspection services and inspection queries
- Ensure quality requirements and standards are clearly communicated to the relevant parties
- Oversee inspection throughout the project lifecycle
- Take preventative measures regarding quality control issues
- Take part in supplier evaluation
- Mentor junior inspectors
