Crynodeb
Wilsons Underlay Ltd are a manufacturer of carpet underlay which are distributed throughout the UK into retail carpet shops via our own fleet of 5 vans and 1 lorry.
We are looking for someone who is confident, keen and has a good telephone manner who can work within a team, yet equally confident working alone too.
Tasks
- Help assist, plan & organise orders that come into the business.
- Contact retail customers via Text /Phone / Email to inform of the Delivery ETA.
- Check customers finance status before sending goods out.
- Aftercare, check with the retailer the drivers were helpful.
- Carry out numerous administrative tasks to support the team
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am while 5:30pm
Salary: £12.00 per hour + performance & loyalty bonuses (inquire within)
