Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery.
