About this Role Are you an HR professional eager to advance your career within a large Multi-Academy Trust? We are seeking an HR Associate to join our Central Team, where you will collaborate closely with our schools to deliver a high-quality HR service. In this role, you'll oversee the recruitment process, manage contractual changes, and support the monthly payroll, whilst serving as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in engaging projects throughout the academic year. Success in this role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment, coupled with the ability to work both proactively and independently at times. You’ll become part of a dedicated and friendly HR team that is led by our HR Manager. The role will be based in our Bristol office, located on the scenic grounds of Ashton Park School with occasional travel to our schools for meetings and interview support where required.
