HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the customer service companies based in Gateshead as an Customer Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually with good negotiation skills. You will be responsible for handling calls and queries in a polite and professional manner.

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle calls professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
  • Take payments over the telephone.
  • Work effectively as a team and individual.

General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Be self-motivated and work towards targets.
  • Excellent listener and communicator.
  • Previous experience in fast paced office/call centre environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
