Crynodeb
carrying a caseload of complex children and young people with learning disabilities supporting our team of nurses and support workers supervising colleagues in the team with clinical queries teaching and consulting to other CAMHS teams about people with learning disabilities liaising and networking with other LD services Support from the wider organisation -AWP has a Consultant learning disability Nurse who works across the trust and closely with Nursing colleagues in the Neurodevelopmental Services providing advice to colleagues, service users and carers with four main areas of responsibility which include expert practice, professional leadership, service development, research and education. Provision of Learning Disability Clinical supervision and reflection for progressive development which would be accessible for the postholder.
