We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to become a key member of our team at the South West London Recruitment Hub. In this crucial role, working in partnership with our Business Manager and Recruitment Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ideally, you will have experience in using online systems and be a confident IT user.
A typical day may include:
• Answer incoming calls and managing the Hub email inbox, ensuring all inquiries are directed to the appropriate departments and responded to promptly.
• Administer the recruitment process for volunteers and honorary contracts, including verifying necessary documents like ID, DBS checks, and professional qualifications.
• Handle tasks like ordering office supplies, updating contact lists, taking meeting minutes, and managing confidential information with discretion.
• Organise and facilitate recruitment training sessions, ensuring they proceed smoothly and efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to queries and speak with managers and candidates over the phone, on MS Teams and over email.
• Tenacious and well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of managing a high workload with efficiency and urgency, consistently meeting deadlines.
