The role as an Insurance Fraud Investigator
- Investigate a desktop caseload of suspected fraudulent claims across personal injury, vehicle damage and credit hire.
- Conduct telephone interviews with customers and carry out thorough investigations.
- Looking at police reports, intelligence, medical record and engineering evidence to identify any inconsistencies within a claim.
The package as an Insurance Fraud Investigator
- £29,000 - £35,500 salary package.
- Discretionary annual bonus (discussed over the phone).
- Flexi work outside of 10-3pm core hours.
- 1 day a week in the office, 4 working from home.
- Onsite parking space
