We're looking for a new Fire Delivery Manager to join our Fire Safety team until 31 March 2025, where you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver critical services with impeccable execution. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our fire-related services to customers. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, where your leadership will make a tangible difference.
You’ll work closely with the Fire Safety Lead to create and agree the annual plan for the delivery of fire safety planned remedial work across the Abri stock including agreeing the budget for the proposed programme. You’ll hold responsibility for ensuring responsive fire safety work is delivered on time, on budget and to a compliant standard.
We’re looking for someone with experience in contract management of fire maintenance services, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships, and a passion for customer safety.

We offer hybrid working so, when you're not working from home, you'll be able to be based out of either out Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF), or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).
