Position: Focus Account Specialist
Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Duration: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Extension Available)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 Days in Office, First 6 Weeks Fully Onsite for Training)

We are seeking a dedicated Focus Account Specialist to join the team in Gillingham, Dorset, and take ownership of the customer experience for our valued Focus account customers.
About Us: Committed to providing outstanding service to their customers. We are looking for a Focus Account Specialist to manage a selected list of customers, ensuring their needs are met from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Experience Management: Take full ownership of the customer journey for a designated list of Focus account customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Enquiry Response: Provide prompt, comprehensive responses to all incoming customer enquiries.
• Order Monitoring: Proactively monitor orders, keeping customers informed of their status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements where possible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall team objectives.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: 5 GCSE’s, minimum A-C grade in English & Mathematics, or local equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Time Management & Organization: Able to manage competing tasks and priorities effectively.
• IT Proficiency: Comfortable working with multiple IT/ERP systems.
• Attention to Detail: Strong administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Accountability: Hardworking with high levels of personal accountability.
• Problem-Solving: Able to use initiative and independent thinking skills to solve problems.
• Flexibility: Adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle change effectively.
• Team Player: Strong team player with a genuine desire to support other team members
