It’s an exciting time to join the Intermediary and Corporate Marketing team here at AXA – Global Healthcare, with significant investment, we continue to transform, delivering new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talent individual to join the team.
As Senior SME Product Marketing Executive, you’ll manage the development and effective implementation of all marketing customer communications, content and documentation across the complete customer user journey, supporting for the launch of a new flexible SME Health insurance product.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work part of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the management and delivery of key customer communications for SME's and across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Manage the content development of assets to support the acquisition of new business, including webpages and sales literature.
Documentation and marketing collateral includes intermediary comms, sales material, and direct member comms.
Manage the content development and accuracy of contractual new business, customer welcome, renewal communications and documents.
Use insights and knowledge to identify and recommend ways to support the customer journey and experience for Group Secretaries and Group members.
Maintain relationships with IT, Product, Compliance, Sales and Marketing team members, as well as internal and external agencies.
Be a key member of the project working group and the marketing point of contact within the project.
Ensure all content adheres with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, accurately reflects the insurance product and meets brand principles at all timesIncluding the process for translated documents as required.
Influence the project team on the most effective route to any required implementation.
Develop expertise in the use of Smartcomms document management system, working closely with the AXA - Global Healthcare and AXA Health teams.
