Apply today to work as a Production Operative for our client a manufacturer of pasties, sausage rolls, and pies.
Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work in Callington.
Free transport is provided from Plymouth.
The rate of pay is £12.32 to £15.40 per hour.
This is a full time role, you will need to be flexible. The hours of work are:
Day shifts:
- 6am to 6pm
- 7:30am to 7:30pm
Night shifts:
- 6pm to 6am
- 7:30pm to 7:30am
We are unable to take applicants with student visa restrictions as it is full-time work only, no part-time is available.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative at this site, you will work on a production line, supporting the flow of raw or baked products.
You will be required to pack ready-to-eat pastry, box it up, and prepare it for dispatch to clients.
You will also complete any cleaning duties in line with the site's Food Safety policies and procedures.
This role will involve standing for the duration of your shift and some heavy lifting.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Bakery Operative is comfortable with heavy lifting and being on their feet for long periods of time.
You should be punctual and ideally looking to progress your career.
No previous experience is necessary as a Bakery Operative/Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
