Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will drive brand engagement and awareness through targeted sampling activities and community outreach. This role demands expertise in brand activation, agency management, project management, and navigating categories with restrictions. The ideal candidate will excel in strategizing and executing brand initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client at their point of consumption through mass sampling activities to build relevance and awareness at festivals, concerts, and various communities.
  • Target specific communities to build equity, increase awareness, and enhance category understanding globally.
  • Collaborate with markets to communicate and share success, learnings, and opportunities to optimize strategies for P5.
  • Manage a budget, allocating funds for sampling, events activation, and agency appointments while ensuring compliance with category restrictions.
  • Oversee the relationship and performance of agencies involved in brand activation and sampling initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • The successful execution of brand engagement and sampling initiatives by the Brand Manager is expected to drive growth, deliver new and accelerated IMS, and achieve sampling and OffTake targets.
