To manage Wessex House, including oversight of Ward Manager and ward team service quality, performance, budgets and finance, workforce, personal and professional development and supervision To be responsible for the delivery of a seamless and integrated service for patients in Somerset. Utilising the opportunities afforded the service by virtue of its scale To work alongside CAMHS Community and Urgent Care services to develop pathways and clinical offers To retain oversight and responsibility for site quality improvement and service development. Ensuring a joined up, shared and integrated approach Working closely with corporate estates and facilities management to be locally responsible for the services estate, facilities, health & safety and security To be accountable for quality service delivery and working collaboratively with other agencies Daily accountability for overseeing areas of responsibility ensuring the delivery of safe care and timely discharge
