We are currently working with a well established facilities maintenance company who are on the search for a multi skilled maintenance engineer covering mechanical and electrical work.

Package:

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000
  • Company van
  • Paid Travel
  • Overtime paid 40hrs+
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Standard pension

Responsibilities:

  • 2 days in Manchester covering commercial offices
  • 3 days in Nottingham covering a large manufacturing site
  • Carrying out PPM, reactive and install works for both HVAC and electrical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/Electrical system issues
  • Repair or replace defective equipment or components
  • Test HVAC systems
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations
  • Covering commercial and domestic portfolio
  • Working as part of a new, growing team

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate would be based in Sheffield, Manchester, or Nottingham
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician/Electrical
  • Electrical Qualifications and F-Gas
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC system
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems and refrigeration principles
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Full clean licence and driving record
