Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery, including staff supervision, curriculum planning, and health and safety procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel supported and valued.
