Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Salary: £27,000
40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and promoting learning and development.

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
Additional Skills
- Proven ability to implement inclusive practices and promote diversity and equality within an early years setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and maintaining accurate records, including daily diaries and developmental progress reports.
Day-to-Day
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and community within the setting.
- Observe and record children's progress and behaviour, and use this information to inform future planning and support individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, tidy, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's well-being, development, and milestones.
