Your new company
You will be working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy of chartered surveyors, planning consultants and land agents located in Lancashire.
Your new role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will have the freedom to work remotely whilst completing mortgage valuations and level 1-3 home buyer reports across the NW.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of completing mortgage valuations and home buyer reports
Ideally you will be Assocs, MRICS or FRICS however this isn't essential
You will have a BSc in Building Surveying
You will have a clean driving licence and your own vehicle
What you'll get in return
£40,000-£60,000 per year dependant on qualifications and experience
