We are looking to recruit a dynamic self-starter to help co-ordinate and deliver our Fit Testing Service across our sites. This encompasses supporting the Divisional and Corporate Directorate mask fit testers, providing advice, guidance and support. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating, procuring and delivering training to our Fit Testers and for monitoring and reporting compliance via our Health & Safety Forums.

In the role you will join our Health & Safety Team, which is a group of passionate and enthusiastic specialist advisers and trainers who advise and support the Trust in delivering health & safety compliance. We work flexibly Monday to Friday predominantly during core business hours, with some occasional out-of-hours working and training.

Main Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For- You’ll be a self-starter with experience in mask fit testing, training, and compliance programmes. You’ll have a proactive approach to managing and prioritising your workload with flexibility and ability to work under pressure, with competing tasks and to tight deadlines. You pay attention to detail in your work and have a methodical approach to tasks. Some of your work will be of a sensitive and confidential nature so you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and trust.
