Our activities contribute to the strategic aim of being recognised as an outstanding teaching, training and education provider, helping deliver the Trust ambition of being the recognised employer and educator of choice in the NE and beyond. This post forms a key part of the NCSA team, engaging directly with stakeholders both in-person and virtually, providing high quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to potential learners and working with the wider team to develop compelling digital content, managing our website promotions to facilitate the promotion of our education and facilities commercial offer. This is a demanding position, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential a good working knowledge of MS office and generalist IT skills. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously when required, have the credibility and confidence to deal with a range of staff across the organisation, and develop a network of key internal and external stakeholders essential to the delivery of high-quality education and training across the organisation. All aspects of the role make a significant contribution to the Trusts reputation as an outstanding teaching, training and education provider, helping deliver the Trust ambition of being the recognised employer and educator of choice in the NE and beyond. To develop and implement a marketing communications strategy to promote the Newcastle Clinical Skills Academy (NCSA) to both internal and external audiences. Liaise with course leads to identify the target market for courses and develop compelling sales and marketing plans for each course to attract customers and fill delegate places. Take a lead role in creating course information and upload onto the NCSA website ensuring content is search engine optimised to improve Google rankings. Review and update the website to ensure that is fit for purpose as the prospectus grows. Lead and execute the marketing strategy of the NCSA through integrated campaigns, including social media and digital, advertising, media relations, events and promotional activity. advertising. Identify leads and build relationships with appropriate professional organisations, networks, associations, journals etc to promote the NCSA and its courses. Form links with third parties to support visibility of the NCSA e.g. www.cpdmatch.co.uk Identify, create content and promote the NCSA and its courses via editorials and advertisements in suitable publications e.g. HSJ Identify and attend/ exhibit at appropriate conferences and events such as HSJ Patient Safety Congress and Giant Health as well as suitable course-specific events. Develop, produce and deliver high quality, influential marketing materials such as leaflets and newsletters to raise the profile of the NCSA and its courses, often working to tight deadlines to ensure delegate places are sold out. Follow up and chase potential leads and responses to marketing activity to build relationships and fill delegate places. Track and analyse responses to campaigns and advertising, monitoring booking numbers, including regular analysis of website and social media performance using appropriate programs such as Google Analytics, learning from the data and adjusting the marketing strategy accordingly to drive continuous improvement. Review intelligence to support origination of new income generation ideas by actively identifying new or active markets. Promote the NCSA brand/logos and implement re-branding as required, ensuring this is aligned with the Trusts corporate identity. Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders demonstrating highly developed written and oral communication and presentation skills.
