The opportunity has arisen to join us as Clinical Director in the ONW Division in CLCH. The Division covers Harrow adult services, Brent adult and children’s services and Ealing 0-19 services. This role is provisionally for 6 months with scope to possibly extend. PA’s are negotiable starting with 4 PA’s but plans to increase. The Clinical Director role supports our

CLCH has well established clinical director roles which work within divisions supporting the delivery of high quality services, in particular the clinical directors work with doctors and dentists within that division, engaging with them to drive improvement and assuring safety.
This is a key role for an enthusiastic, relational leader who has the ability to work with the wider system whilst at the same time developing strong personal relationships with the diverse workforce of the Division. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of community services within CLCH.
The individual will work on a number of exciting service developments around out of hospital care, the NW London Integrated care System priorities and how they relate to the ONW Integrated care Partnerships, resilience, specialist pathways in the community and ambulatory care delivery, in close collaboration with the senior divisional teams. This is also
an important leadership role in designing and strengthening clinical governance systems and high quality clinical practice within CLCH in partnership with our Medical Director, Nursing
and Quality teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the delivery of out of hospital and public health, and understanding the relationships between different components of the health and social care system.
Additionally the Trust would be willing to negotiate additional PAs for clinical work with a successful candidate, commensurate with skill and service needs.
