Summary
Recruitment Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Duration: 5 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
The role:
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their recruitment team, to help them make a real difference by recruiting and on-boarding some great new colleagues who are passionate about retail.
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing and updating job adverts
• Screening candidates in relation to the job role
• Interviewing and selection
• Checking Right to Work documents, adhering to GDPR
• Keeping the recruitment platform up to date
• Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process
• Complying with company policies and procedures
• Adhering to Company Health and Safety procedures
• Ensuring that a sensible work life balance is maintained by self and colleagues
• Ensuring compliane and that statutory training requirements are met
About you:
• Previous administrative and customer services experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders
• Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business
