Summary
What youll bring to the role: Essential: Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Level 3 GP Referral Professional experience of working in a healthcare environment or similar experience. Professional experience in using behavioural change techniques to support improvement and wellbeing. Experience coaching client. You will have the capability to conduct remote fitness testing. You will have the ability to create personalised programs for patients. You will be able to address exercise-related questions. Using Alvie Health Care Technology data, you will be able to make informed decisions for patients. Comfortable using evolving technology. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Passionate about helping people get healthy and fit. Ability to show empathy, compassion and understand difficulties faced by people affected by cancer. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities simultaneously. Strong team working and collaboration skills. A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in, help out and deliver outstanding person-cantered care. You are flexible and adaptable. Able to work in an ambiguous and fast paced organisation and enjoy being part of a rapidly expanding company. You will be comfortable behind the camera and help shoot and edit exercise videos for content creation.
