AXA - Global Healthcare are going through an exciting period of transformation and with our employees being a significant part of this growth, we now have an exciting fixed term contract opportunity available for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team during this period. As HR Consultant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the company through this time, by providing expert guidance and HR support. The position will initially be for 4 months, with the potential to extend up to 6 months.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work part of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
Work with Senior HR Business Partner on people aspects relating to the business transformation, working closely with other UK and Global People Teams.
Co-ordinate the internal employee satisfaction surveys and produce regular overview of completion rates and summary of results.
Provide day-to-day operational support, advice and guidance to the business on HR policies, processes and procedures, signposting as required to other internal teams.
Represent AGH within communities such as AXA UK Wellbeing and Inclusion.
Act as the co-ordinator for the AXA Global Healthcare UK Gender Pay Gap report.
Arrange Senior Manager and Conduct Regime compliance obligations.
Be the key interface between AGH UK employees and AXA People Services, to ensure a good employee experience.
Produce regular MI reporting and insights as required.
