Summary

About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Empty Homes Clearance and Cleaning Operative to ensure our properties are maintained to a high quality for re-let purposes, ensuring that a customer focused service is delivered.

This is a full time, permanent role, covering the South West specifically Exeter and will be working 39 hours per week Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can

  • Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
  • Working to assist the re-let of properties.
  • Property clearance
  • Garden clearance
  • Basic ground maintenance.
  • Assisting other members of the trades team as required
  • Clean and clearance of empty homes
  • Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
  • Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence and onboarding checks.

*Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by The Guinness Partnership.
