Job Description

The Housing Led Regeneration team is part of the Housing Strategy Group in the Housing Service (Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS)).
Glasgow’s housing led regeneration programme is ambitious and will contribute towards alleviating pressures that are associated with the city’s Housing Emergency.

You will be responsible for progressing the development of large-scale housing led regeneration programmes through working closely with a range of partners including other Council Services, Registered Social Landlords, private sector housing developers and the Scottish Government.

You will deliver housing led regeneration development opportunities that are aligned with the priorities outlined in Glasgow City Council’s Local Housing Strategy, Strategic Housing Investment Plan and Strategic Plan.
