The role will work in close partnership with management teams and HR colleagues to support site based medical staffing matters.
The role will focus on supporting medical workforce productivity, deployment, medical temporary staffing (bank and agency) and effective medical recruitment.

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Provide specialist HR Advice for all Medical Staffing working on the allocated site.
• Support the Medical Management Teams on-site with medical resourcing matters.
• Support the on-site Medical Management Teams on-site to ensuring that
effective rotas and job plans are in place by liaising with Divisional Medical Staffing Co-ordinators and the rostering team as appropriate.
• Work with the Medical Education team to ensure that the Trust is promoted as a place of excellence, leading on the communication with the Medical Education team to support collaborative working to meet policy requirements and national drivers.
• Support the development and delivery of a forward looking medical workforce plan on-site.
