What you’ll be doing
This is a class-based position so as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and up to 30
children in a KS1 or KS2 class. The main purpose of your role is to support teaching and learning to improve outcomes, both
academic and social, for all of children.

* Experience of working with children in schools in a teaching assistant role.
* A commitment to inclusion and nurture
* High expectations of learning and behaviour.
* To be positive, resilient, flexible, and work well in our happy team.

* Salary Scale and Point: Grade 4 NJC point 7-11 pro-rata (starting £24,294)
* The opportunity to complete an apprenticeship TA3 qualification on the job.
