Who we are?
We are a group of colleges in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy. Education Training Collective (Etc.) delivers a full range of courses, training and apprenticeship opportunities, as well as professional and commercial courses.
Our aim is to create greater opportunities for all of our students and communities by equipping people with the skills to help them into employment, raise aspirations and meet the economic demands of the region. ‘ONE Etc. – Fuelling ambition and driving success in a resurgent Teesside and beyond. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Enhanced Learning Leader to join our team reporting to the Head of Quality, Teaching and Learning. Join our dynamic Quality team as a Quality & Enhanced Learning Leader and help ensure the highest standards across our diverse education and training programs, from further education and apprenticeships to HE and adult courses. Reporting directly to the Head of Quality, Teaching, Learning, and Assessment, you'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous enhancements, maintaining rigorous quality assurance, creating a culture of excellence, and delivering CPD across the group. As a Quality & Enhanced Learning Leader with the The-Education Collective you will be responsible for the development and implementation of quality frameworks across our group. You'll lead the EQA process, ensuring efficient tracking and management of visits and reports. Collaborate with curriculum managers to embed effective verification processes and best practices aligned with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework. Drive staff development in quality information systems, innovate teaching methods, and celebrate educational success. Analyse and present key data to highlight our strengths and identify areas for improvement. Stay ahead of new developments and advise on quality standards to ensure excellence across the board.
The ideal candidate will be A team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic team, you’ll bring skills in Pro systems, writing teaching and learning visits, and coaching. If you have a drive for supporting staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes, join us on our journey.
