Crynodeb
Daisy Chain is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic deputy to join our team. We are open all year round, opening MOn to Fri 730/8am to 6pm offering care and education for up to 19 children a day. We are based in the vast grounds of Wymondham College. The position will be for 37.5 hours with additional hours being offered to cover the morning and evening shifts. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Support the manager in the day to day running
Manage the setting in the absence of the manager
Key person responsibilities, ensuring individual care for a group of children and their families.
Take an active role in the planning and implementation of activities and experiences offered.
Qualifications and skills-essential:
Level 3 full and relevant early years qualification
Min 3 years experience of working within early years settings
Good knowledge and understanding of the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
Good communication skills
