Role Overview:
As a Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in our restoration and construction projects, working in various areas across London. The ideal candidate will have a background in driving roles, such as multidrop or delivery driving, but we welcome applicants from any background who have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to various sites across North and West London to assist with restoration and construction tasks.
• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including site preparation, clean-up, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
• A valid UK driving license is essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Willingness to travel across North and West London and occasionally to other areas as required.
• Previous experience in a driving role (e.g., multidrop) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary Information:
• N Postcodes: £27,000 per annum + £2,000 annual allowance
• W Postcodes: £27,000 per annum + £2,000 annual allowance
• KT Postcodes: £25,000 per annum
• TW Postcodes: £25,000 per annum
• IP Postcodes: £25,000 per annum
• UB Postcodes: £25,000 per annum
• SL Postcodes: £25,000 per annum
