Your Role as ARC Operator
In this pivotal year, as an ARC Operator you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. As an Alarm Response Centre Operator, you will be responsible for the provision of a 24-hour emergency call answering service to residents of Independent Living Schemes, Progress Lifeline, and Telecare customers who are linked to the Alarm Response Centre through their emergency equipment. For this role we are willing to accept, both part time and full time applications to be considered.
What You Will Bring:
Excellent communication skills
A passion for delivering an excellent customer service as we provide our customers with a professional and caring service
Good IT competency skills (i.e. word, excel, outlook)
Able to deal with emergencies and remain calm and objective in stressful situations
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28,645 - £29,655 in recognition of your skill and dedication.
A Permanent contract with 36.25 hours. We are also offering part time hours to support people’s work life balance.
