We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, reliable individual capable of providing a customer focused administrative service within Catering, engaging, and completing a range of routine and more complex tasks to meet operational and customer requirements, ensuring the team is supported and key duties undertaken. Demonstrating a customer service driven approach, supporting colleagues in the University and ensuring that a quality customer experience is central to the role. Demonstrating values and behaviours that reflect the culture of Catering as a customer focused service department, working with internal and external customers to support the work of the team.

This is a full time, open ended post, 35 hours per week.

Salary: £23,700 starting salary - £24,533 per annum (Grade 3)

Please note this role requires you to be based on campus.
