Full Time Receptionist/ Admin Support based at RISE Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding of working on a busy reception to join our RISE admin team based at Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton.
The post holder will play an important role supporting the RISE Team as you will be front of house greeting patients and visitors to the service and taking the telephone calls on the busy switchboard. You will also be providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the RISE admin team, clinicians and managers which will include making and rescheduling clinic appointments, electronic care records management and data inputting.
The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to
children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some
of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
We will require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner. The role requires excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls as well as previous reception/office experience.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multi task, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team.
We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements and able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
