Summary
The Best Connection Bedford are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our long term client in Biggleswade that produces ingredients for international fast food/supermarkets and retailers. Working within an experienced team, successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.
Job Duties Opening and weighing of ingredients for the production team Operating machinery to produce food based goods to customer specification Working to company Health & safety standards at all times Working hours (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday rotating 06:00AM - 14.15pm and 14.00pm - 22.15pm Pay Rates £12.25 per hour for the first 40 hours worked per week, increasing £13.17 after 13 weeks. £18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ per week, increasing £18.68 after 13 weeks.
