We believe that this underpins excellent care and supports the achievement of our Vision to provide Less Pain, More Independence through Life Changing Care.

As part of the Trusts strategy to achieve this vision, the implementation of a new Learning Management system is a strategic enabler to enhance and improve the learning experience of our teams, focus on high performance and in turn enhance the care we provide to our patients.

Working across the organisation, you will have overall responsibility for the implementation of the new LMS and all operational tasks relating to the implementation, project management and day-to-day running of the LMS, while taking charge of expanding and promoting the use of the LMS within the organisation and developing our learning culture.

The successful candidate will work with a range of subject matter experts and other stakeholders to refine and develop our e-learning capabilities and resources. The post holder will have experience of designing e-learning packages and working with a range of platforms including Totara / Moodle and content creation platforms such as Camtasia / articulate. They will also have a knowledge of workforce information systems and databases e.g. ESR/OLM, HTML, and e-learning authoring tools.

The post holder will develop plans to sustain e-learning across the Trust and ensure that core mandatory and training compliance is maintained, whilst developing and promoting online career and personal development solutions for all staff across the organisation.
