We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Practitioner to join the well-established multidisciplinary falls service. The service operates on a 7 day working pattern and there would be an expectation to contribute towards a 7 day working week, including some public holidays.
The team visits patients in their own homes in the geographical area of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, providing holistic assessment and intervention for patients who have fallen. It is essential that you are able to commute effectively across the Hull and the East Riding geographical area.
Throughout your role you will work with well-established supportive multidisciplinary team and receive regular support and supervision. The therapies and rehabilitation team is proactive in supporting professional development and the successful candidate will have access to a range of learning and training opportunities as well as attending a well-established Professional Development group.
