Assistant Events & Conference Manager
Located - City of London, 5 days in the office
£45k plus £12 for lunch

The Opportunity:
An award winning Corporate Hospitality provider is looking for an Events Conference Manager to join their team working at a multi-sited blue chip company in London.
You will be managing the onsite event teams to oversee a smooth running of the events department ensuring exceptional service is delivered across all meetings and events. The role is to motivate and manage the events team along with managing client standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all elements of the Corporate Events across several established event spaces on site.

Your main objectives will include:
* Driving service forward
* Adhering to budget costs
* Team welfare, motivating & leading the team to exceed expectations
* Briefing your team on current events and schedule management
* Creating new processes and enhancing ways to innovate events offering
* Managing client expectations & handling complaints

What You Will Need:
* Experience of leading an Events Team ideally within a Hospitality or Corporate environment
* Track record of managing events from conception to delivery
* Carrying out development plans and performance management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills
* Highly adaptable and flexible
