Crynodeb
The post holder will work independently without direct supervision at times, planning and providing interventions. They will be in regular liaison with designated clinicians who will assess all patients and provide the post holder with a rehabilitation programme. The post holder will promote patient independence whilst following the rehabilitation programme.
