Summary

The main duties of this role can be found within the generic JD.

Duties specific to this role are:

· Actively managing and responding to enquiries, co-ordinating the required responses and managing the enquiry through to resolutions.

· Organising and attending meetings, recording actions and updating action plans

· Proactively managing the action plan, chasing outstanding action with internal teams and applicants to ensure swift resolution of outstanding enquiries.

· Maintaining planning forecast of applications through the required approval routes and reserving slots on relevant agendas, ensuring documentation is available and submitted when required.
