Summary

Requirement Management

As part of the project team provide feedback on the Statement of Need (SON) and support the development of the User Requirements Document (URD) and ensure that all requirements are in line with current policy.
Support the review of Key User Requirements and User Requirements through any changes to the project/ programme and escalate issues that arise.

Business Case Development

Work with the Project team and associated stakeholder to develop evidence to the required standards and escalate any issues promptly.
Support the planning and document sharing for all business case meetings and engagement sessions with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Risk an Issues

You will engage the internal Navy stakeholders, positively challenging the Performance, Time, Cost and Risks to ensure project outputs are delivered.
Working closely with delivery areas to ensure that project timelines are coherent, realistic and that key milestones are achievable and that dependencies are actively managed. Provide support as appropriate for the production and delivery of presentations and briefings.
Assisting in the identification and management of project risks, including mitigation, throughout the project lifecycle. You will report issues and recommend corrective action or re-prioritising as appropriate.

Information Management and Governance

Communicate, record and monitor progress against Outletter actions. Reporting progress into governance processes / meetings.
Monitor and record Key Stakeholder (KSH) engagement in accordance with each business case approvals strategy
Monitor the development of Business Case Approvals performance management and provide support to enable analysis activities such as Learning from Experience and capturing Scrutiny feedback comments.

Ad Hoc Tasks

You will support ad-hoc Programme Management Office tasks as required.
