BARISTA ☕️
Join our family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We're looking for a confident, well mannered individual who has a solid work ethic to join the friendly team at our established, popular coffee shop & Restaurant within a Garden Centre.
Pay - up to - £11.70 per hour
Benefits
• Sociable daytime hours
• Full time working 5 days out of a 7 day week
• Discounted meals
• Branded aprons provided
Key Responsibilities
• Serve premium coffee, every cup
• Use safe food handling practices
• Maintaining a safe and clean coffee making station and equipment
• Delivering excellent customer service
•Some supervision and training of other team members
• Assist with general counter and front of house service
Skills and Experience
• At least 1 year Barista experience in a busy setting
• A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
• Good time management
• Excellent customer service skills
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a lively, outgoing personality who is therefore able to engage with our customers as well as providing excellent coffee. If you share our passion for top quality coffee and superb service, we would love to hear from you.
Job Types: Full-time 30-40 hours (Potential for job share) must be able to work both weekdays & weekends
