Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) is seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead the development and implementation of a transformative Perinatal Provider Collaborative across the South East region.Working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health services for women and families.
As Program Director, you will be responsible for:
• Strategic Leadership:Developing and implementing a strategic vision for the Perinatal Provider Collaborative, ensuring alignment with regional and national priorities.
• Service Development:Leading the design and delivery of innovative, high-quality perinatal mental health services that meet the needs of our patients.
• Collaborative Working:Building and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare providers across the South East region to optimize service delivery.
• Change Management:Driving organizational change and transformation to support the collaborative's goals.
• Performance Management:Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the collaborative, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of perinatal mental health and the challenges faced by women and families.
• The Program Director will oversee the programme delivery and will operate as part of the provider-collaborative senior management team.
• The role will be key to the delivery of strategic plans and the commissioning services in order to support the delivery of the overarching aims and objectives of the Provider Collaborative.
• Maintain a strong focus on ensuring strong and effective communication with the staff team on a day-to-day basis and that service developments are carried out efficiently and effectively with a focus on quality of care and delivering improved outcomes for patients and families with a focus on effective use of resource

• Support the Perinatal Provider Collaborative Clinical Lead, in the leadership and the settingofthe strategic directionofthePerinatal Provider Collaborative.
• Working in partnership with the Perinatal Provider Collaborative team and wider partners across the South East Region, both provider and commissioning colleagues, in order to oversee the day-to-day operational managementoftheprogramme.
• Deliver the strategic objectives and deliverables within the Business case, in planning, organisation, and deliveryofthe Perinatal Provider CollaborativeProgramme
