The job holderwill have to: Greet patients and visitors, advising them of their appointments and checking them in Answering telephone calls and managing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar effectively. Handling prescription requests from patients and pharmacies. Dealing with patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email. Handling and accurately recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters and emails. Ensure the reception area is left tidy and ready for use by other colleagues, together with any hand-over information About Westgate Surgery Westgate Surgery is a growing practice located in the rural market town of Otley, situated on the outskirts of Leeds.
