The role is for our first retail store based in Swindon Designer Outlet, which will be branded under Kilner, with representations of all other brands also within the same retail footprint.
This is a permanent role, hours per week in line with advertisement, working as required by the staff rota of a 7-day working week (Sunday to Saturday). The role will include weekend and Bank Holiday working. Applicants must be flexible in their availability to work to provide cover for holidays, absence, sickness, and special events.

Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional and professional customer service and play your part in achieving store targets, acting as an ambassador for all of our brand in our first flagship store.
Main Duties**:
The range of duties of a Sales Advisor is wide and will be expected to include:
Customer
* Create a relaxed, friendly, welcoming customer focused environment
* Offer excellent product knowledge and recommendations
* Encourage our customers to explore our product range to ensure they purchase the perfect product for them
* Proactively gather consumer insight, and product feedback
Operations
* Comply with all Health and Safety legislation
* To be aware of, and achieve, your daily sales targets, processing all sales with accuracy and professionalism
* Follow company policy and in store procedures, working in a safe and legal manner at all times
* Confident in the use of all till operations
Responsibility for completion of your daily activities which includes:
* Customer service & sales
* Front and back-of-house cleaning
* Unpacking deliveries and stock management
* Depositing cash at the bank
* Carrying out in-store, and within the outlet, product demonstrations
* Reading and actioning handover notes and other communications and updating colleagues as appropriate
* Ensure deliveries are checked correctly, in line with procedures and any queries fed back to Head Office
* Adherence with our retail operations manual, including back office functions
Product
* Responsible for ensuring that you acquire and maintain excellent product knowledge
* Attending off site training at other Rayware locations as necessary
Stock replenishment
* Ensuring that store merchandising standards are followed as set out by Store Management
* To understand stock loss and impact on margin, ensuring product is sold correctly, priced accurately and any processes followed to minimize stock loss
People
* Build good working relationships with your colleagues
Additional Information
Unfortunately, due to the need for some lone-working and selling of knives, we are only able to accept applications from those aged 18 and over for this position.
