An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, widely established law firm in their Felixstowe office. Be part of a highly respected and award-winning firm celebrated for its outstanding legal services spanning over two decades. We are seeking an ambitious qualified private client solicitor or CILEX, ideally with at least 3 years PQE who can handle a range of wills & probate cases.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing probate applications and administering estates
- Providing tailored advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practices
- Adhering to providing the best possible, localised service to clients.
Job Details and Benefits:
- Full time, permanent
- Monday – Friday, 35 hours a week
